Performance Review Time!

 


No, it's not my annual performance review day that am worried about but as manager I had delivered performance review to my downlines and I have no clue  how they perceived it. I am always open to negative feedback and see it as an opportunity to improve myself rather try not to receive the same negative feedback twice. High ratings and monetary benefits do matter but am sure in the long run it's my improved self that will lead to my goal both professionally and personally. But all these was not going to help me deliver an appealing performance review to all my downlines so that their motivation level doesn't go down. So I decided to highlight each one's accomplishments for the year and their improvement areas,also tried to mention their key strengths and how they can leverage upon it. Though I always believe in getting out of the comfort zone as this is where I explore more about my strengths and weaknesses but it's always great to first master our own strengths and then explore new paths.

Too much of insights in one post but all these thoughts were flooding in my mind so just penned few of them...
